December Birthdays are special! We share the same month to celebrate our birthday as Jesus! Although it's very cold and can be messy outside it's still a joyous time of the year. I didn't always think so. I never could have a pool party like so many of my friends and because my Birthday is so close to Christmas friends and family are very busy with shopping, so my birthday was an afterthought "oops, I forgot, It's Andrea's birthday". That's ok! When Carl came into my life - he changed all that. He's not about to forget my birthday. This year we went ice skating, followed by Sushi then to the zoo lights ending with dancing into the weee hours of the morning (I also got my Birthday spanking, too *wink*). Tuesday was my Mother's Birthday - she's no longer here with us to celebrate, however, I have a 5 year old niece, who shares her birthday so I will continue celebrating my Mom's birthday.
